Aquatics & Fitness Center

Duncaster’s state-of-the-art Aquatics & Fitness Center provides the perfect environment for active adults who are committed to well-being and  having fun in the process. The Center features a four lane, 75 foot warm-water swimming pool and spa pool with 72 jets to soothe tired muscles. Both pools are easily accessible for people with physical limitations and disabilities. The facility features expansive skylights that bring the outside in, fully equipped men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a café.

The Center also offers strength training and cardio work-outs under the guidance of a personal trainer at no additional cost. Here, residents can safely exercise to gain endurance as well as  retain their optimum strength, energy and well-being.
