our resident canine

If you’ve visited the “Staff” section of our website, you’ll know that one of Duncaster’s best assets is our cadre of dedicated and caring employees. These sterling qualities are also well represented in our four-legged staff member, Caleb. This Golden Retriever goes out of his way to seek out all who are in need of attention and caring. He always behaves in a professional manner, treating residents (and visitors) with compassion, dignity and respect.

This employee would not want to work anywhere else but at Duncaster. He never misses a day of work, he's always on time, and he always goes above and beyond expectations. Furthermore, Caleb considers himself a member of all departments and never expects others to do his work. He has even been known to help clean up after parties and resident’s functions, ensuring that all food particles have been removed from the floor!
