Duncaster Hires New Clinical Services Director

Bloomfield, CT, Aug. 3, 2017 - Kathleen Massei, BSN, RN, has been named the new Director of Clinical Services at Duncaster. Serving in similar capacities for 23 years prior to this position, Mrs. Massei, was most recently the Resident Services Director at Atria Greenridge Place, Assistant Director of Nursing Services at Hebrew Healthcare, and prior to that, Director of Clinical Services at Covenant Village of Cromwell for 12 years.

Duncaster Clinical Services Director Kathy MasseiAt Duncaster, she will be directing, overseeing and evaluating all nursing staff and providing clinical support to skilled nursing and assisted living staff, ensuring that quality care is delivered, and that regulations are met according to the Department of Public Health.

Mrs. Massei received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the American Sentinel University. She also received her Geriatric Resource Nurse credentials through Nurses Improving Care for Health-System Elders.
